The last time Johnny Depp was in Aurora, filming was going on for his movie "Public Enemies."

Depp will return to Aurora on July 7 when he performs at RiverEdge Park with Alice Cooper and Joe Perry as part of the supergroup Hollywood Vampires.

"What more is there to say, It’s Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Johnny Depp all together and all together on the RiverEdge Park stage, it’s mind blowing," Jim Jarvis, vice president of marketing for RiverEdge Park, said in a statement. "They burnt the house down at the Grammys and they’re going rock the rafters at our place. If you’ve never heard them together, go online and check out their concert at Rock in Rio in front of 100,000 fans. They’re just pure rock 'n' roll. Then go get your tickets to this show, because they are going to sell out RiverEdge Park and you’re going to want to be there to experience this entire night.”

RiverEdge Park is located at 360 N. Broadway St. in downtown Aurora. Gates open at 6:30 p.m., and showtime is 8 p.m.

Online ticket sales start at 10 a.m. today at riveredgeaurora.com. Tickets are $55 through May 31 and $65 starting June 1. Phone and in-person sales start April 29.
